As of right now, our odds are at 100% (certain) the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) will vote to leave the target range for the benchmark fed funds rate at the current 0.00% - 0.25% at the January  26TH, 2022 monetary policy meeting, and keep the United States Prime Rate (a.k.a Fed Prime Rate) at 3.25%.

According to government data, both the median and average price on a newly built home in the USA hit record highs during October 2021. The median was $407,700, while the average was $477,800
As for preowned homes, prices have been waning since June of this year.  The record highs for used homes remain at $362,800 (median) and $381,200 (average.)
